About Pulse Fitness
Andy has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2013 but his love for fitness starts well before that. Andy has always been a keen runner and was first introduced in to the gym environment at the age of 14 when he would visit the gym with his father. Ever since he stepped through the doors of the gym that day, he has loved the feeling of being fitter and healthier which led to him pursuing his career as a Personal Trainer. Speaking on his decision to become a Trainer, Andy says’ I love socialising with new people, I love the gym and I love helping people become better versions of themselves so for me, it was a no brainer’.
Pulse fitness was born in January 2016 when Andy decided to turn part of his house in to a gym. In that time he has helped hundreds of people fulfil their goals and lose weight. Speaking on why personal training really is worth it, Andy says ‘Personal training is about your training, your nutrition and your lifestyle being made personal to you.
