That was tough!

It’s been about a year since I really put my mind to hitting the road and becoming β€˜a runner’ . Those early winter mornings are hard to get motivated for but this is the result of them and it goes to show that summer bodies are made in the winter!

4 years ago I went to Berlin to run a flat half marathon and it was (by my standards) a pitiful performance coming in at over 2 hours! I wasn’t in shape and it went tits up! Today I came in 40 minutes below that time and on a route with plenty of hills! I can’t wait to officially rectify that performance in Berlin once road races are back up and running again πŸ’ͺ

This year I’ve improved:

My 5km time βœ…
My 10km time βœ…
And now my half marathon time βœ…

We are open for you to be able to continue your fitness goals! Due to our private studio with it's garden area, we are able to offer perfectly safe sessions for you.

Sessions would be done outside on a 1-2-1 basis maintaining a safe distance.
